When you want to exchange your orderd item for another size or colour, you have to fill in the return form and add the new item including the colour and size. Send your original order back (you do have to pay for shipping costs) and once we’ve received it, we will send you a new item for free.You can return any item you have ordered from us within 30 days. The returned items must be in
their original condition. From a hygiene point of view we do not accept returned items that have been worn. All packaging and labels must be undameged and be attached or included in order for you to get a full refund (shipping costs excluded). To return an unwanted item, please download the return form . We cannot accept liability for returned goods
that never reach our warehouse or are damaged during their return. When we’ve received your item back at our warehouse, standard inspection checks are carried out in accordance with the reason of return stated on the return slip. After approval we will send you a confirmation email and a refund will be processed. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the order. This usually takes a maximum of 10 weekdays. Refunds can take up to 10 weekdays. Once we have authorized the refund, your individual payment
provider is responsible for finalizing your payment. If you still haven't received a refund after 10 weekdays, please contact our customer service.
